Terms of Use

A fasting timer you buy once. This is the plain-English part.

Nistis is a fasting timer for iPhone (with an optional Apple Watch app) and Android (with an optional Wear OS app). No accounts, no subscription required, no service running behind it — just an app you install and use. These terms cover that.

Using the app

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use Nistis on devices you own or control. Don't redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or repackage it.

If you got Nistis from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies alongside these terms. If you got it from Google Play, Google's Play Terms of Service applies alongside these terms. Where the two disagree, the store's terms govern the parts they cover — billing and refunds go through Apple or Google, not us.

Nistis Pro

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase — no subscription required — handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details. Refunds follow Apple's or Google's own policy; ask them directly, not us.

Not medical advice

Nistis shows a timeline of stages commonly associated with fasting. That's informational, not medical advice — Nistis doesn't diagnose, treat, or promise any health outcome. Talk to a clinician before you start fasting, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

Your data

Your fasting data is yours, and it stays on your devices. See the privacy policy for exactly what that means on each platform. There's no Nistis account, so there's nothing of yours sitting on a Nistis server to begin with.

No warranty

Nistis is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it's error-free or uninterrupted, and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for damages arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be waived under your local law.

Changes

If these terms change, the update will be posted here with a new date below. Using Nistis after a change means you accept it.
